- November 1, 2026: Open enrollment starts.
- December 15, 2026: Last day to enroll or change plans for coverage that starts January 1, 2027.
- January 15, 2027: Open enrollment ends. Enroll December 16 through January 15 for coverage that starts February 1, 2027.

When is open enrollment for 2027 coverage?
Open enrollment runs November 1, 2026 through January 15, 2027. Enroll or change plans by December 15 for coverage that starts January 1, 2027. Enroll December 16 through January 15 for coverage that starts February 1. Please check HealthCare.gov for the final dates.
What if I already have a Marketplace plan?
If you do nothing, HealthCare.gov may renew you into the same or a similar plan. Premiums, networks and drug lists can change each year, so our team suggests reviewing your plan before December 15.
